Add/Change URL Request Form
Procedure & Form for when a florist wishes to change their domain or add an additional URL
For florists that wish to change the website domain address that directs users to their eFlorist Storefront, or to add an additional URL that forwards to their storefront, we have a new request form on myTeleflora.com just for this purpose. When a florist submits this form, it will send it to us and CC: the florist for their own records.
The form is available at https://www.myteleflora.com/eFloristChangeURLForm.aspx and requires login for security and validation.
Like eSAT, each part of the form has a tooltip, just point at the field to see a brief description. You'll notice this form also provides clickable links to directly call or chat with our eFlorist Support team, so it is possible you may have florists contacting you with questions while filling out this form.
