Associate MyTeleflora Login with eSAT to fix issues with logging in
Procedure on assisting a new member with logging into eSAT for the first time via MyTeleflora.com
If having issues getting florists logged into eSAT for their very first time. This could be for new sites or florists that have never used eSAT before. Please see the steps below to get them logged into eSAT.
- Check to make sure the Oracle eSAT option is enabled. That can be found on MyTeleflora.com by logging in with your login and clicking Admin -> Edit an existing site
- If Oracle Commerce eSAT option is not checked, put a checkmark there and click submit. If the eFlorist Service Center option is not enabled, also put a checkmark there too.
- Next, go to Admin -> User Search to create a new login or edit an existing login.
- Have the florist log out of MyTeleflora if they are logged in.
- Once they’ve logged in, have them click the eSAT 3.0 link between The Market link and the search bar. This will take them directly to eSAT and associate their MyTeleflora login with Oracle. This is the step that we all were somehow not aware of that needs to be done on a shop’s first time using eSAT. After that they are free to use the eSAT Website Admin link on MyTeleflora or go directly to https://manage.eflorist.com.
You can do step 5 for the florist if you prefer but will need to log out of your MyTF login and use their login to click the eSAT 3.0 link. If the florist is having trouble logging into eSAT after a password change, repeating step 5 will likely fix that.
