Website Front End – Improvements and Fixes
Send This Item Again / Repeat Order Functionality
- Allows a consumer to place an order and then send the same arrangement to another recipient without having to go through the purchase funnel again.
Mobile Site Updates
- Deal of the Day has been redesigned with a more modern look and feel.
- The Product Details Page now allows scrolling through individual SKU images.
City Location Based Fees Optimized
- Optimized the code that checks for fees based on city names.
- This minimizes the amount of lag a user may see when the system checks for delivery fees while moving from page to page.
eFlorist Favicons
- The favicon.ico is now stored in the root directory.
- This allows Google to access and display the correct favicon uploaded by the florist.
eSAT Improvements and Fixes
Send Again / Repeat Order Functionality
- Allows a consumer to place an order and then send the same arrangement to another recipient without having to go through the purchase funnel again.
- Consumers will see a new button on the confirmation page.
- Clicking this button takes the consumer back to the delivery information page while keeping earlier order and billing details available.
- Location: More > Settings > Checkout Configuration > Confirmation Page Settings
Subscription Product Update
- Products purchased as subscription products no longer allow split payment options.
WYSIWYG Editor Updates
- The WYSIWYG editors in eSAT have been updated.
- When using JavaScript, necessary data is no longer purged.
JavaScript Variable Storage Fix
- JavaScript variables are no longer saved to the database as HTML characters.
- This issue was breaking special functionality on florist product detail pages.
PIM to BCC Product Imports
- Products no longer lose add-ons that were previously merchandised when receiving updates from the BCC.
- Sites with a Site Minimum plus Never Add Keepsakes and Add None for Everyday products no longer have products added at a $0.00 price.
ePOS Front End Improvements and Fixes
Europay Mastercard Visa (EMV) Terminal Integration
- ePOS now supports payment card transactions using approved EMV terminals.
- EMV terminals help reduce payment card fraud by securely processing chip and PIN transactions.
- EMV terminals can be added using the ePOS Connect page.
- After configuration, an EMV Terminal Method of Payment is available during payment processing.
- Configured EMV terminals are usable at any ePOS device.
- A new EMV Transaction History report is available under Reports by selecting EMV Reconciliation.
- This report provides detailed listings of processed EMV transactions.

DovePOS Integration
Pay Statements Online
- Florists using DovePOS can offer consumers the ability to pay statements online.
- Contact the DovePOS support team to enable this feature.
Platform Fixes and Improvements
Auditing Price Changes
- Price changes are now stored for up to six months.
Homepage Background Video
- Added Play and Pause controls to allow consumers to pause or resume the homepage background video.
Iterable ESP Updates
- Session timeout settings for guest users are now configurable.
- This allows the Email Marketing team to adjust session duration, providing more time for users to return to carts and complete purchases.
- A purchase event is now sent even if the florist does not send order confirmation emails.
- This prevents abandoned cart emails from being sent to consumers who have already completed a purchase.
CC Changes
- eFlorist now sends the calculated tax amount to CCS.
Paze Checkout Update
- Updated the checkout flow to always display the total order amount during checkout.
