Website Front End Improvements and Fixes

Order Confirmation Page – What’s Next Update

  • We have updated the user experience on the Order Confirmation page.
  • We have added a stylized section to display products from a category of your choosing, allowing more opportunities to sell to your customers.

Tax Free Customers

  • Do you work with consumers that have a tax-free status?
  • You can now set up your customer accounts to be tax-free.

Add-on – New Option Available

  • We now have the option to allow a customer to include a short message when purchasing an add-on.

Homepage Immersion Banners Are Now Mobile Compatible

  • You can now upload a mobile specific version of your slideshow images.

Product Description

  • iOS users could not see the product details information when viewing from mobile devices.
  • This issue has been resolved.

Legacy PayPal

  • We have updated to the latest version for Legacy PayPal users.
  • There is no need to deactivate this older version for current users.
  • For US sites, please continue to activate PayPal Fast.

Promotion Text Removed from Cart

  • Any verbiage about applying a discount has been removed from the cart page when the promotion option is off in eSAT.

Review Manager

  • We have added an online cancellation process to allow florists to cancel their Review Manager.

  • We fixed the mapping issue and florists can now choose the category to feature on their What’s Next section on their Order Confirmation Page.

Add-on – New Option Available

  • We now can allow consumers to add customized text to any add-on.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Products > add-on > Edit/Create

Tax Free

  • You can now apply a tax-free setting to specific consumers.
  • When they are logged into their account and placing an order, they will not be charged taxes for their order.

Mobile Specific Immersion Banner

  • Users can now upload a mobile version of the immersion banners.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Homepage > Homepage Customization > Large Slide Show

Category Names

  • Will no longer appear as truncated on the Category Management Page.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Categories > Category Management

Product Name

  • Will no longer appear as truncated on the Product Management Page.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Products > Product Management

Blank Product and add-on Edit Pages

  • An issue that was causing the Edit Product and Edit add-on pages to display blank has been resolved.

Zero Discount Promotion

  • eSAT now allows promotion codes to be set up with a zero discount.
  • Find it here: Marketing and Promotions > Marketing > Promotion Codes

In-Store Pickup Fee

  • We are hiding and removing the In-Store Pickup Fees from eSAT.

Adjustable Category Schema

  • Users can adjust their business name, address and phone for sub-category level categories.
  • This is useful for stores with multiple locations who want to target categories to specific store locations.

Honesty in Pricing Settings

  • If a florist asks to turn this on, we can now turn this on and display which portions of the enhancement show to the consumer.

PDP Verbiage

Holiday Pricing

  • Holiday pricing was added to the scope of the honesty in pricing project.
  • It will display the correct holiday price combined with fees during the holiday date range.

Free Local Delivery

  • Products marked as Free Local Delivery will not combine any delivery fees when honesty in pricing is active.

ePOS Front End Improvements and Fixes

Delivery Management

  • Create custom delivery zones using a new interactive map.
  • Choose a drawing tool, draw the zone, and enter service fees.
  • Zones are represented on the map by customizable color-coded areas.
  • Create trips using an interactive map.
  • Individual orders and custom stops are represented as a pin on a map.
  • Select your orders and stops, then click Create Trip.
  • Print turn-by-turn directions for delivery trips.
  • Text trip delivery drivers a link to view trip routes using Google Maps.
  • eFlorist POS now optimizes delivery trips, putting stops in the most efficient delivery order.
  • The Assigned tab in Delivery Manager now shows complete trip information on an interactive map.
  • As drivers complete deliveries using Trip Manager, stop pins distinguish delivered orders with a checkmark pin.

Wire In Pickup Orders

  • eFlorist POS now supports Wire In orders with the delivery method of Pick Up.
  • Change the delivery method of Wire In Pick Up orders without changing the order type.
  • Wire In Pick Up orders report with the type of Wire In for business reports.
  • Delivery reporting details these orders by their delivery method.

Supertickets

  • View and customize Recipient Info, Card Message, Acknowledgement and Delivery Ticket portions of super tickets on screen.
  • Choose which information is included on printed tickets.
  • Customize the information included in acknowledgements.
  • Move Recipient Info, Card Message, Acknowledgement and Delivery Ticket sections to different areas of the printed ticket.
  • Choose a preferred font family for each section of the perforated areas of the ticket.
  • Choose a text color when using a color printer.
  • Enter text for use with orders that contain no acknowledgement information.
  • See a preview of the super ticket before changes are saved.

Credit Card Options

  • A System Options page is available through the Settings menu of the ePOS dashboard.
  • Toggleable option to require customer address information for credit card transactions.
  • Accept or reject credit card approvals based on Address Verification System (AVS) or Card Verification Value (CVV) responses.

Miscellaneous eFlorist POS Improvements

  • Cash Register Adjustments Manager is now sortable by Reason.
  • eFlorist POS now supports the site-wide discounts allowed on eFlorist consumer sites.
