Procedure for locating and re-sending a failed internet order
A failed internet order message gives the eFlorist sequence number so you can match it to the failed order in NTI. Failed order messages are always sent the day after a failed order.
Take note of the eFlorist sequence number highlighted below.

Search for orders in NTI for the day before the shop received the failed internet order message.

Click into a failed order and notice the eFlorist sequence number matches the failed order message.

Search for the Dove order number you found in NTI in eSAT to resend the order.
