Flexible Delivery Dates
We know that scheduling floral deliveries during the busiest of times can be tricky at best. We have created this tool to help you manage some of your consumer expectations when it comes to on time delivery by offering a flexible date range.

- What is Flexible Delivery
- A setting that allows the consumer to select a delivery date range and receive a delivery discount during busy delivery periods.
- What kind of discount is given?
- The discount is given on your delivery fee. The amount of discount is your choice. You can choose to offer free delivery or set a dollar / percentage amount.
- How does Flexible Delivery work?
- When the flexible date setting becomes active, consumers selecting one of the flexible dates will be presented with a modal offering a discount if they choose a delivery date range.
- Consumers can choose flex delivery and receive a delivery discount or they can keep their original delivery date and not receive a discount
- Are all orders eligible for flexible delivery?
- No. Flexible delivery dates are only eligible for Zip/Postal codes considered local for your site and hand delivered by your shop.
- How will I know the order has a flexible delivery range?
- The message will be included within the Special Instructions for the order.
Flexible Delivery Dates - On the Site
- When Flex delivery is set up and actively being promoted on your site. When a user enters a Local Zip/Postal code and select a date within the flexible range, they will receive your Flexible Delivery Date offer.
- Users can click the Flex Delivery button or keep their original date. The choice is theirs to make.

Setting Up Flexible Delivery - 4 Steps!
Modal Header: This appears as the header of the Modal. You can see an example on the page of how the header will appear on the Modal.
Start Offering Date: This is the date when you want to start offering the flexible date range. The modal will start launching on this date when the consumer selects an eligible product and delivery date.
Select Date Range:
Selected either a two or three day date range.
Example: If a consumer chooses Dec 24th as the delivery date, but you would like to offer a flex range, you could set up Dec 22nd, Dec 23rd an Dec 24th and offer a discount for delivery within that date range.
Select your delivery discount and save!
On your Start Offering Date, your consumers could see the modal based on delivery Zip/Postal Code and delivery date combination.
