Dynatrace Tester Order Received by Florist
Instructions on how to handle the uncommon situation of a florist receiving a test order via fax
Occasionally, development or QA will place test orders in staging that can sometimes be transmitted to the florist if they get their orders faxed.
If a florist inquires about this, explain that it’s just a test order and to disregard it. No transmission fee credit is needed if placed in staging environment and can't be found in NTI we have access to.
