PayPal Checkout Issue Resolved

• Some PayPal users were previously unable to place orders when their billing address contained non-ASCII characters (for example, accented or special letters). This issue has now been fully resolved.

SMS Marketing – Customer Opt-Ins

• You can now collect SMS marketing opt-ins directly during the checkout process! To activate this feature, simply enable the additional consent prompt at checkout.

• Need a list of your opt-in phone numbers? Contact our support team — we can provide your current SMS subscriber list upon request.

eSAT Improvements / Fixes

Online Search Marketing Report

• We have refreshed the layout of this important report — it is now easier to read and provides key insights at a glance.

Promotions & Rewards – More Stackable Promotion Codes

• Shops using the Rewards Program or Welcome Emails can now choose whether these discounts can be combined with other promotions.

Delivery Fees / Map Based Fees

• Delivery charges will now be calculated based on your mapped delivery zones, ensuring more accurate pricing for each area.

SMS Opt-In Collection

• Florists can now begin collecting customer SMS marketing opt-ins.

• Opt-in lists can be requested from our development team upon request. Please make a request through eFlorist Support Manager.

Product Feed – Expanded Product Feed Fields

• Added new field for feeds used outside Google Merchant Center.

• You can now exclude specific products from appearing in the product feed — even if they are active in an active category.

• You can now include a consumer’s house account during the upload process.

Validation of Zip/Postal Codes

• Additional validation has been added to ensure proper ZIP / Postal Code formatting during site setup or store updates.

New Quick Link Homepage Cartridge

• An issue preventing new homepage quick links from saving has been resolved — links now save and display as expected.

eSAT Deep Linking Fixed

• eSAT users can once again click a specific page link and be taken directly there after logging in — perfect for marketing links and saved pages.
