If a florist complains about how Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Fast orders are received by the FAS POS system, there is nothing we can do.
Our official stance is that FAS needs to update its system as we have checked our end, and the orders are transmitting correctly. The florist needs to escalate to FAS. FAS should reach out to their technical contacts for how this data ports into FAS.
Options:
- Switch to Dove POS or eFlorist POS to ensure everything is working and transmitting properly
- Escalate to FAS for them to implement changes to better handle these scenarios
- Deactivate Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal Fast on their site
