Website Front End - Improvements/Fixes
- Larger Image on the Cart Page
We recently ran an A/B test and learned that customers prefer seeing a larger product image before checkout. We’ve updated the cart page to reflect this preference and create a more confidence-building shopping experience.
- Schema Updates
We’ve expanded our Florist and Product schema types to include additional details such as Aggregate Rating, store hours, and geo-coordinates. These improvements help enhance rich snippets and increase visibility of your site’s key features on search results pages.
- Billing Page – Improved Promotion Handling
We’ve refined the experience of applying or stacking promotions. Customers will now see a clear alert if they enter a code that overrides an existing promotion, reducing confusion and helping them select the best offer.
- Announcement Bar
You can now create and manage announcements that appear at the top of your site. Customize the message and choose exactly where the announcement links, making it easy to highlight important updates and promotions.
- Flyout Cart Pricing Fix
In certain cases, item prices did not appear when a customer added a product to the flyout cart. This issue has been resolved, and all pricing now displays as expected.

- PayPal Rest
We’ve resolved remaining issues following the transition to PayPal REST, including missing billing details and token renewal errors. This fix prevents orders from unintentionally routing to a default PayPal account.
- Apple Pay Orders
If a consumer’s Apple Pay email is incomplete, we will now automatically append a .com to ensure the email is valid. This helps orders import smoothly into POS systems.

We now send the most up-to-date product names with all eFlorist orders.
ISPU (in-store pickup) orders in multi-product transactions are now grouped correctly.
