eFlorist Phone/Fax Fee

The eFlorist Phone/Fax Fee is for an order that was called to the florist. You can check their Outlaw CT history, you will see that there are calls from Customer Service under "Intn Report" where orders had to be resent or called out to the shop because of an issue with Dove. They are only charged for the transmission fee of the order that actually makes it to the shop. It would not be in addition to the normal way we see eFlorist transmission fees. We do not pass an extra $2 fee to the shop unless we only send them orders by phone or fax.
