Florist Is Not Showing On Find A Florist (FAF)
Procedure for assisting customers when they state they’re not appearing on Find A Florist
This is usually because their listing is missing or has the incorrect longitude and latitude. Contact Felix or Lindsey and provide the shop information and we will fix it. This requires admin eSAT access to see and make changes to the FAF settings page. This change should take effect immediately on their Find a Florist listing.
Instructions:
Go to eSAT and enter shop code of 89000001 Next, go to More -> FAF Manage Listings Enter shop code and search Enter longitude and latitude and save (See below for how to find the longitude and latitude of an address)

To find the longitude and latitude, open a new browser and go to https://itouchmap.com/?r=latlong
Enter address in search bar at top right and click “Go”

Once map displays, scroll down to the bottom and copy the Latitude/Longitude numbers.
