Website Front End - Improvements and Fixes
PDP – Seasonal Delivery Fee Display
- We have updated the information that shows when a seasonal delivery is in place.
- ISPU Dates will get updated when order blocks are present.
Checkout Updates
- Tip functionality will now display the tip description on the delivery information page.
- For In-Store Pickup orders, the delivery date section has been updated to read Pickup Date.
Product Search
- Items that are not merchandised into an active category will no longer show in the price search filters.
Message Manager Chat
- This new marketing program will allow the consumer to enter a message that gets sent to the florist via Birdeye.
eSAT Improvements and Fixes
Ability to Export Orders
- You can now run a report of orders and then export those orders.

Orders and Traffic Report
- Changed the name of the Orders column to Units to keep our numbers in-line with actual number of products sold.

Product Management
- We’ve updated the column name for Holiday Price to Holiday Upgrade. This change is made to help our users understand the function of the field better.

Site Navigation
- Users will no longer receive an error when trying to turn off federated menu items.
- Find it here: More > Settings > Site Navigation
Rewards – Email Settings
- Will now show the products selected for the campaign.
- Find it here: Marketing and Promotions > Marketing > Rewards Program > Settings
Location Based Fees – Facility
- When adding new facilities, you can now include multiple facilities in the same zip code.
- Find it here: More > Delivery > Delivery Fee Management > Location Based Fees
Image Management
- Newly uploaded images will now appear at the top of the image list.
Akamai Image Manager
- Added the ability to update the category pages to pull in correctly sized images.
- Added the ability for new homepage layouts to also pull in correctly sized images.
ePOS Front End Improvements and Fixes
Accounts
- Accounts may now be marked as Inactive, changing the following account permissions:
- Prevent customer login access to eFlorist storefront.
- Disable House Account payment entry.
- Opt out of email marketing communications.
- Disable Rewards program points.
- eFlorist POS now allows for merging duplicate accounts:
- Let eFlorist POS suggest duplicates or identify them manually.
- Duplicate account detail is moved to the primary account.
- Accounts may be created without an email address on file.
FTD Interface
- eFlorist POS users can now accept incoming FTD florist and website orders.
Miscellaneous eFlorist POS Improvements
- Delivery Manager’s Trip icons have been updated to explain pin colors and icons on the map.

Platform Fixes and Improvements
theMarket
- Amalgamated Pricing, we are now able to allow bulk pricing to similar products.
- Products that are discontinued will no longer be available for purchase.
- Issue where order uploads as $0.00 resolved.
FindaFlorist
- We are updating FAF to use the eFlorist Blog.
Data Warehouse
- We were sending incorrect item pricing for orders with a quantity amount selected.
