Transferring Calls to Customer Service

When transferring a florist to Customer Service, ensure you choose the correct skill based on their classification. Teleflora member accounts are classified as Domestic, National, Presidents Club, and Key.

You can see their classification by looking at the shop info page where you create tickets:

It is important that National Accounts be transferred to National Accounts - CS and Presidents Club/Key Accounts be transferred to Presidents Club - CS. The National/President’s Club team is better equipped to handle the needs of our larger florists.

If one of these shops is transferred to Domestic Customer Service, that department will have to transfer them once more as they are unable to assist them.
