Citrix Multi-Factor Authentication Overview
Citrix uses a text-based verification code by default, with additional verification methods available.
Before signing in, you must set up your verification method.
Set up multi-factor authentication at Microsoft MFA Setup.
Once setup is complete, follow the steps below.
Logging Into Citrix
- Go to Teleflora Connect
- Enter your network username
- Enter your network password
- Complete verification
- You will receive a text message with a verification code
- Other methods may include a phone call or email
- After verification, Citrix will load your available applications
If this is your first time using Citrix, you may be prompted to install the Citrix Workspace application.
Using the Citrix Desktop
You can organize applications in Citrix to make them easier to access.
- Click and drag apps to your Citrix desktop
- Click the star icon to favorite apps
Recommended apps to add to your desktop:
- Outlaw
- Google Chrome
Outlaw Application in Citrix
- Launch Outlaw from Citrix
- Sign in using your network credentials
- The main menu will open
- Double-click the CT10 form to begin
Google Chrome in Citrix
Use Chrome within Citrix to access pages that require the Teleflora network.
- Click the Chrome icon in Citrix
- Navigate to required internal or restricted websites
NICE InContact Setup
- Go to NICE InContact
- Log in using your InContact credentials
- Enter the phone number you want to use for calls
- Cell phone or landline are supported
- If preferred, select the softphone option
- Requires using your USB headset
- Take the headset home and remember to return it
- Launch the Agent screen as usual
Microsoft 365 and Email Access
Use your network credentials in the format username@teleflora.com.

- Requires permissions

Microsoft 365
Microsoft Teams Chat
- Download Microsoft Teams
- Sign in with username@teleflora.org and your network password
OneNote Setup
- Sign in with username@teleflora.com and your network password
