Save Email with Add/Change URL or Shop Name Forms

Procedure Information relating to Add/Change URL/Shop Name Forms

When logging an Add/Change URL or a shop name change, please make sure you save the original email with the completed form attached in the shop files.

Adding it directly to the ticket turns the message into plain text, and we lose access to the actual form. Keeping the original email ensures we have proper documentation on file in case anything comes up later.
