Florist Order SMS/Text Messages

There is a setting in Dove Plus, Dove POS, RTI, and eFlorist POS that allows florists to receive SMS/text messages, including when eFlorist orders are received.

This means that if a florist says they want text messages instead of or in addition to merchant confirmation emails, they can do that and it already exists native to the Dove interface.

If they have questions or want to enroll, they can contact the support team for whichever system they have.
