Florist Onboarding Welcome Emails

There is a button now in ESAT for when a new florist signs up to trigger an email series. Hitting the Send Email will send a real-time email to them. Then they will receive 9 weekly emails giving them tips/info on eFlorist and all our offerings. The TSM will also get a copy of the welcome email.

Tobi will be using this new feature when she brings a site live.
