Website Front End - Improvements/Fixes

Earlier Email Capture on Product Details Page (PDP)

  • We’ve added another email opt‑in location directly on the Product Details Page.
  • This enhancement helps boost the reach of your Cart Abandonment program by capturing more customer emails earlier in the shopping journey.

Confirmation Email Enhancements

  • We standardized punctuation across all header sections to ensure cleaner, consistent email formatting.

Apostrophes in Item SKU Labels

  • Apostrophes in product and variant names will now display correctly—no more HTML‑encoded characters appearing to customers.

Discounted Item Price Display

  • Discounted items will now correctly display no more than two decimal places on category and search results pages, ensuring cleaner pricing presentation.

eSAT Improvements / Fixes

Location Areas

  • You can now add cities within Location Areas, giving you more flexible and efficient control when setting up order blocks.

Correct Delivery Fee for Map Zones

  • Standard fees and mapped zones now calculate accurately.
  • If overlapping zones still produce unexpected values, you can refine them directly in the configuration.

Product Feed Updates

  • Newly created custom products are now automatically included in the Product Feed.
  • A new Category value has been added to capture Merchandised category names.

Add On SKU’s

  • You can now begin an add‑on SKU with a leading zero (0)—giving you more flexibility in SKU structure.

Image & File Management

  • Support has been added for additional file types, making asset management easier.
  • Now available: .pdf, .avif, .webp

Merchandising Warnings

  • New warnings have been added to alert users when modifying automated category merchandising settings.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Categories > Category Settings > Merchandising

Add Elements to the Website Head Section

  • You can now easily insert additional elements into the <head> section of your site for advanced customizations.
  • Find it here: Content Management > Additional Content > Document Head Elements

Email Capture on PDP (eSAT Setting)

  • You can now enable email collection directly on the PDP via eSAT.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Products > Product Page Settings: Show Email Box (Toggle)

Site Build – Keepsake Products

  • Keepsake product activation now correctly respects your chosen configuration during site build.

Clear Overriders Job

  • The scheduled Clear Overriders job is running again as expected.

Hybrid Product Fix

  • A delivery fee override issue that caused null‑pointer errors—and incorrect shipping fees—has been resolved.

Dynamic Theme

  • Remaining UX issues from the previous release have been addressed.
  • A class name has been added to the customizable theme header for easier styling and theme control.

Platform Improvements

Klaviyo

  • SMS and Email marketing submissions are now separated for improved tracking and campaign performance.

Iterable

  • Cart Abandonment emails are now triggered more consistently and delivered to a larger qualified audience.

WCAG Accessibility Enhancements

We continue to improve accessibility compliance with updates including:

  • Proper use of autocomplete attributes.
  • Decorative images hidden from assistive technologies.
  • Ensuring ARIA roles are used within valid parent structures.

Page Load Optimization

  • We removed lazy‑loading from the logo and upgraded it to High Fetch Priority for faster perceived load times.

ePOS - Front End Improvements/Fixes

Employee Security

  • Optional employee permissions setting requiring employees to verify their accounts using employee name and password when entering transactions.

Miscellaneous eFlorist-POS Improvements

  • Users may now resize the Delivery Manager map.
  • Employee selection fields now filter displayed results with partially keyed employee names.
