To troubleshoot checkout issues on the site, we need to gather details on what’s causing the issue. A test order can be placed to help identify any problems.
From the customer, we need the following information:
- Was there an error message? If so, what did it say?
- What browser was the customer using?
- Were they on a computer or a mobile device? If mobile, what type of device?
- If the issue occurred on the recipient checkout page, were any special characters or emojis used in the card message?
