eFlorist POS (ePOS) - Refund an eFlorist Order

eFlorist orders are refunded differently for shops using eFlorist POS. The refund option will not be available on the order in Order Lookup under the Reporting menu. The florist would need to be trained by ePOS support on how to refund an eFlorist order in the POS menu.
