Website Front End - Improvements/Fixes

Homepage Cartridges

  • The Shop All button will no longer show for the 4 Tile Occasion cartridge.
  • Two new homepage cartridges are being added.

Canadian Order Confirmation Email

  • Orders placed while consumers are on the French translated site, will no longer receive the US version of the email confirmation.

Older Blog Posts

  • Blogs that are older than 2 years old will no longer be removed by the system.

Missing Card Messages

  • Card messages will now be sent appropriately based on store-level settings.

Facility Same-day Cut-off Time

  • Consumers will no longer be able to select same-day delivery if the cut-off time has passed.

eSAT Improvements / Fixes

Category Management

  • Users are now able to look up categories using the category id.
  • Find it here: Merchandising > Categories > Category Management

Order Refunds

  • Users will now be able to issue refunds on orders where there is no tax applied.
  • Find it here: Reporting > Other Reports > Order Lookup

Refund Report

  • The refund report displays the actual amount refunded for each Dove order.
  • Find it here: Reporting > Other Reports > Refund Report

Dove 2.0 XML

  • We have added a setting that will allow admins to set a test site to use Dove 2.0 XML and its eSAT functionalities.

Parent Changes

  • More optimizations have been made so this process works better.

Credit Card Settings

  • We are updating to make sure the CVV is required if a florist is using our CC processing service.

ePOS Front End Improvements/Fixes

eFlorist-POS Improvements

  • Accounts may now be added without an email address.
  • Users can now define custom Delivery Statuses (Left with Receptionist, for example).
  • Users may edit the list of product types used when creating custom products.
  • System Tab entries now automatically clear themselves after 90 days.
  • The CVV/AVS warning is now simpler with only a Pass or Fail message.

Supertickets

  • Users may define a default Super Ticket printer for the Device Defaults popup.

Dove

  • Users may reprint incoming Dove messages.

Platform Fixes / Improvements

theMarket

  • All Owner/Managers will be able to view the Order History for the store.
  • Orders where SKUs are pulling from the Overrider table will be loaded successfully.
  • Shipping fees will now show an estimate for each item ordered when quantity is more than one.
