Procedure + Code to change a website’s thumbnail image on Facebook (and other SMS)
To change Thumbnail image Facebook pulls when posting a link to the site: add the code below to homepage additional tags section of Site Meta Tags. Replace “imagelink.jpg” with whatever image you’d like to display.
If you want it to be more of a thumbnail, you’ll need to create something in the 200-300 width range. The minimum requirements for FB for that link preview image is 200x200.
